Trent H. Edwards is the President and CEO of T.H. Edwards Consulting LLC, a firm dedicated to helping businesses align their capabilities with Department of Defense strategic priorities and successfully navigate the acquisition and contract award process. In addition to consulting, Trent is a sought-after public and motivational speaker, specializing in leadership development, organizational culture alignment, and unconscious bias training.

A distinguished leader with a track record of success, Trent serves on multiple boards, including the Navy Federal Credit Union Board of Directors, where he contributes to the Financial Strategy and Investment Committee. He also lends his expertise to the Piedmont Conservatory for the Arts, the Montgomery Area Council on Aging, and the Montgomery YMCA Board of Directors.

As a former Director of Air Force Budget Operations and Personnel, Trent was responsible for formulating and executing an $80 billion budget that covered daily operations, military personnel, and civilian pay. He also served as Programmer and CFO for a $10 billion Air Force Space Command mission, overseeing funding for Air Force-wide cyber operations.

Trent is a dynamic leader, mentor, and team builder with extensive experience developing talent, fostering organizational growth, and scaling businesses.
